Options for viewing conversations on 3750(X).

I need to gather some conversational data -- src/dst IP and port -- on several switches thought-out a large network for about a 1 week span. Since netflow isn't supported on the 3750/3750x platform without additional hardware, what other options do I have?   I thought about RSPAN and a sniffer, but that isn't really practical in the environment.  Another thought was an any any ACL to log.  Far from ideal but it's the best I've come up with.  Any other options I'm missing?

you could try RITE or EPC depending what your devices support , by the way a 1 week span is going to be huge in volume if your capturing traffic for that period without breaks

Mark - Thanks for the input.  Unfortunately it doesn't look like either one of these options are viable on the 3750 or 3750x platforms.
