Ordering C9400 on CCW: Fan Tray?

I build a validated configuration for a C9410R chassis, supervisors & line cards in CCW.  When I expand the C9410R line to see the included components, I do not see an individual line for the fan tray as a $0 included item.  I also don't see where I can explicitly add the fan tray to the configuration.  

I know that sometimes CCW doesn't show all the "included" line items, but I just want to make sure the fan tray's included with the chassis?

Nowhere is it indicated that the fan tray ships with the chassis. But on the other hand, there is only one product number for the order: C9410-FAN= (only spare)

Yes, that's exactly my point.  No SEs out there know the answer to this simple question??
