R1 seems to have one interface in area 0

rest of the interfaces should be in area 1 and area 2 respectively

R1

router ospf 100
 log-adjacency-changes
 network 1.1.1.0 0.0.0.3 area 0
 network 2.2.2.0 0.0.0.3 area 1
 network 3.3.3.0 0.0.0.3 area 2

1. Please check " Show ip ospf interface" if there is any mismatch in network type

EX- point to point on both nodes, default type is broadcast

2. no loopback should be in the same subnets

EX- loopback0- 192.168.1.1/28  loopback 0 in R2 -192.168.1.15/28
