OSPF WITH VLAN

How do the OSPF will work with Multiple VLANS and Multiple Layer 3 Switches, need an explaining PKT file with all written Configuration Commands?

MLS switch may not have IP set up on interfaces but it should have IPs on SVIs.

simplest command for all interfaces (in case of switch SVIs) is like

router ospf 1

router-id x.x.x.x

network 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255 area 0  <this enables ospf for all interfaces set with IPs, otherwise, choose yours.
