below i have attached the packet tracer simulation file. in it OSPFV3 is running. in HQ router i have created a default route and i have populated it under ospf 100 using default-information originate command. but that populated route is not shown under other routers such as BR1 , RA1. why ?

I see the default routes installed on all RA1, RA2 and BR when I do a "show ipv6 route". How did you check for the default route?

it is not shown in RA1 router which is in Area-1

It is likely an issue with Packet Tracer, cause I see the default route on all routers.
