The problem with stats from IP accounting or netflow, they indicate how much bandwidth was used, but your question was knowing how much bandwidth is needed.
Well, on some platforms and IOS versions, Cisco implemented QoS Bandwidth Estimation using Corvil Technology, see http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios/qos/configuration/guide/convert/qos_bndwth/qos_bndwidth_est.html for more information.
If your platform supports this technology, you would also need to SNMP poll the estimator's stats, during the time period of interest.
