password recovery on ios 12.1

Hi Experts,

I dont see no service password-recovery command on ios 12.1 am I missing something? do we have a workaround?

Upgrade the IOS.
As a side-note, I don't understand the "urge" to disable password-recovery. The only people who'd "benefit" this feature are those who are about to sell their kit in the used market.
