Not sure if this is the best place to post this but here goes.
Issue: windows xp machine on Dell laptop was working fine, next day she came into work and could not get on the network. There could be a lot of reasons and will not go through all the steps I've taken but this is where I'm at and a little lost. I had her use the hotspot and so we could connect via goto.... from her pc I can ping the local gateway and switch and any other pc on the network. I cannot ping anything of that network nor can I ping her IP address. She received a valid IP from the DHCP server as it's local with the correct DNS servers she cannot ping the DNS severs though..The part that makes it a little more frustrating is our go to meeting keeps dropping. Any help would be appreciated.
