Whats happening with dhcp requests and offers are they reaching the users ? debug dhcp detail or wireshark the user pc to see if there receiving sending requests or who might be at fault switch or pcs , or else if it sounds like software just upgrade to another image to mitigate the bug

Hello,

is the (master) switch the DHCP server ? Can you post the configuration of the master and one of the stack member switches ?

Hello

Is it possible youve have:
1) Exhusted the dhcp scope?
2) Duplicate ip address with dhcp server?
3) error disbale port state enabled

4) rouge dhcp

the master sw is not the dhcp server. these stack switch connected to the core switch ( have ip address helper to the dhcp server)

1) Exhusted the dhcp scope?

I can't confirm, have to check with the server team
2) Duplicate ip address with dhcp server?

can't confirm
3) error disbale port state enabled

have to check, but I don't think so

4) rouge dhcp

not that I know
