What does it mean for a neighbor to have an RPF entry of 0.0.0.0? Also what does it mean for a neighbor to have an RPF entry of 224.0.0.0?

Gary
For an (S,G) entry an RPF entry of 0.0.0.0 means that the source of the mutlicast stream for that group is on a subnet attached to this router.
For a (*, G) entry an RPF entry of 0.0.0.0 means you are on the RP (Rendevous Point) for that group.
Not sure about 224.0.0.0 ? - could you provide an example ?

Please see attached. I found this on a practice exam.
Another example: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_0s/feature/guide/pimrpfvr.html - look at the show ip mroute 232.6.6.6 command about halfway down.
