ping disconnected after connecting by SSH and type something

Hello Folks,

I have an abnormal problem, we have a cisco switch work normally, but when trying to login to it by SSH, then type something, the ping to it disconnected, noted that the switch keeps working and we can see it by CDP

Is there any advice?

 - Probably some short cpu resource lacking when the  ssh connection is being established. I would not classify this as important.

But when we checked this later after connect again, we see that the cpu history is normal
