Ping Request Timed Out

Hi, 

There are in total 6 switches in my project, but 2 of them are not working (Switch 2 & Switch 6). When I try to ping the PCs connected to 2 of the switch to the switch itself, the request Time Out error is displayed. But other switches work fine. I have checked the IPv4 configured on the PCs as well as the switch, the IPv4 has matched and all the line lights with green color. Can anyone tell me what's might be the problems?

Hi,

Hard to tell without seeing the config, but make sure all the switches are on the same subnet, and they all have the correct subnet mask installed.
