Ping request timed out

I am trying to ping PC-A to PC-C and vice versa

However, it says request timed out, any help would be appreciated.

Fix the typo on PC-A for default gateway, it will work

you changed something, your R1 don't know how to send traffic and R3 does not know how to return back traffic, fix the routing, if you want I can fix and send you the file, but I don't want to steal your thrill of learning and fixing.
