I can't open cisco packet tracker in any way. This error appears after installation. Please help to fix this problem.

I see your picture now; download PT again from straight from NetAcademy (do not use other sources), choose 32 or 64 bit version that matches your Windows,

Cannot open a attached picture; There should be no PT issues on Windows while a few issues installing PT on Linux-based machine. Some other issues (running) with PT on Mac PC. For now, I would recommend try it again or contact PT people via link below.
As Always, you can use Windows PC.

hi,
the error mentioned an incompatible windows version.
which windows version are you trying to install PT?
you could alternatively run a windows VM (mostly likely windows 7) and install PT there.
