Please help to check show IP cache flow traffic

I had run "show ip cache flow" on our router, but I understand what is the total traffic, please see the attached file.

HI Wilson,

we us ethis command to see the traffic going through the router:

we see that netflow sees the traffic flow sourcing from the inside interface (Se0/0/0.3,Se0/0/0.2,Se0/0/0.1) from IP address 10.10.228.21, 172.17.228.21, 172.16.228.21 going to IP address 224.0.0.5 out the outside interface (NULL). 

1st red : show the Packet size.

2nd Red shows the # Active Flows

3rd Red shows Rates and Duration.

and last three serial interface....are showing the flow details.
