POE+ doesn't work on cisco catalyst 2960-x after reinstalling IOS

Hi

I have a problem with my cisco switch (catalyst 2960-x / 48FPD-L) after reinstalling a last version IOS on it, all the POE+ ports are not working and even detecting any POE devices. although I set up all ports on CLI to give auto power in line, still have a problem, and when I type show power inline, under OPER section, all ports are OFF, what should I do? Additionally when I type show version, I even don't see any POE phrase in my switch. I though maybe some files are missing through erasing flash memory, so I copy all Configuration Professional Software for Catalyst for c2960x platform on my flash memory, but still nothing happened, and my web interface also doesn't appear with GUI.

Power Supply

An external redundant power supply option is supported on the Cisco Catalyst 2960-X Series Switches. These switches come with one fixed power supply and an option for an external redundant power supply (Cisco Redundant Power System [RPS] 2300).

Dual redundant power supplies are supported on the Cisco Catalyst 2960-XR Series Switches. These switches ship with one power supply by default. The second power supply can be purchased at the time of ordering the switch or as a spare. These power supplies have built-in fans to provide cooling
