PoE not working on 3850 Switch

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue with PoE on Cat WS-C3850-48U switch interfaces. It was working good before, after few days when i connect an IP phone it is not powering on. I able to see that few ports on the same switch are functioning good and Access points connected.

Non working interface: Connected to IP phone

what type of IP phone and what type of POE is it using ? were they working on this switch before ?

is there still power avilable in the show power inline

have you tried altering the power inline settings under the interface with ...power inline ?
