PoE port Configuration

Hello, I'm setting PoE on the doors of a Catalyst 3560-c PoE switch.
Through the Putty, ticking Telnet, I tried to configure it so you have 10 watts for each port so you can make all the PoE ports. Unfortunately, the screen I see when I insert the "show power inline consumption" command is as follows:

Do you have anything connected to those ports that is drawing power>

Try enabling the port for POE if you have not already do this.

power inline auto
or
power inline consumption default 10000  (10watts)
