POE problem...

I have 3 production switches, 1 3750G and 2 3560G, and 1 3560 that I use in my phone prep area.

On my production switches, if I first plug a phone into a port, it receives power just fine. However, if a computer has been plugged into a port and i unplug it and plug in a phone, it will not receive power. I have to toggle the auto power setting on the port and then it will work.

Am I missing something here? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try:

debug ilpower, to enable debugging of the power controller and Power over Ethernet (PoE) system.

We had a similar issue, there is an IOS update, see if this thread helps:
