Actually still on process of defining the ip phones. It's a proposal so it must be cost effective. The budget will be accordingly the proposal.

I am going to refrain myself from making any more comments unless a budget is produced.  A small project like this and a budget should not be impossible to be mentioned ... unless this happens to be school work (which I am not keen on spoon-feeding answers).

Realistically it depends on A) Your budget and B) The total power draw of the phone.......which is exactly what Leo said.
