Is this normal in a PoE switch? can someone tell me why it's happening?

if it's not normal, what i can do for trouble shooting?

Thank you.

Hi,

No, this is not normal.  From the log message you posted, it appears that the switch is not giving power to the port when this happens. I would open a ticket with TAC and send them the logs for analysis.  They most likely will recommend an upgrade.  In the meantime, if you have a non-POE port open use that for your uplink.

Can I just disable the power on that port? Would it be good while I am
waiting for an upgrade?

Thank you

Yes, if you can apply it to the interface, it should work.

no power inline never
