I have Issue with Polycom SoundPoint IP 335 Phones connected to Cisco 4507 switch.
I can make the calls but While connected to call, experiencing pause for 1-2 seconds, every 90 Seconds. Call is not getting dropped. Its just a pause fo 1-2 secs.
Config on intreface connected to phone on cisco 4507 are,
switchport mode access
no snmp trap link-status
spanning-tree portfast
spanning-tree bpduguard enable
end.
The Phones are in VLAN 1 and there is static route for destination subnet via a Internet router.
can anyone suggest me QOS setting on phones to connected on Cisco 4507
