Port numbering for WS-C4500X-16SFP+

Hi Guys,

Can someone show me blank configuration for  WS-C4500X-16SFP+ (Catalyst 4500-X 16 TenGig Fixed ports switch).

I would like to know how the port numbering is done (i.e. TenGig1/0/X or TenGig1/X or just Eth1/0/X ? )

Hello, on the 4500 I've seen interface TenGig 1/1 and these documents below suggest that they follow this method.

However, if you are 'stacking' using VSS then you will need to specify the switch number, slot number and then port number.

I.e. interface TenGig 1/1/1
Will be on switch 1, slot 1, port 1
