port-security on CISCO IE-2000-4TS-L

I'm coming on this forum about a problem with port-security.

I'm currently settling port-security on all cisco catalyst on my network and it works fine. I have also 10 industrial IE-2000-4TS-L and for these the port-security command is not available.

I have checked on cisco site and on PDFs from this model and port-security is listed so it should be possible to activate it.

show version on a IE2000 switch :

I have the same problem with IE-2000-4TS-G.

The manual "Cisco IE 2000 Switch Software Configuration Guide" in page 517 (29-17) clearly shows you need to enter "Switchport port-security" to enable it, but for some reason it does not accept it. Are there additional commands to enable it. For instance, I noticed that in some cases if you want to enable full duplex for fiber interface, you have to specify the media "media sfp".

It's an old topic, but I have the same issue... wondering if it's because of the ios version, but I am using a slightly newer version on a IE-4000 and I have the full set of port-security commands available...

I am experiencing the same issues on our new IE-2000 with IOS 152-7.E2.

I am completely missing the "Switchport port-security" commands in the CLI
