Port security violation which cause all the ports down

Hi Folks, I got this error on the switch and all the ports were down, This Mac is assigned to dell VRTX IO Model which act like a virtual switch and VRTX is running ESXi

show port-secuirty mac 
check in which port this mac is learn 

share show port-secuirty of interface

This is because of MAC address changing port-security kick in and disabling the port

it could be that the VRTX IO floods that same MAC address that causes the violation to all the other ports. What is the output of:

show mac address-table | inc f8b1.5602.e4c7
