Ports Bouncing?

hey folks.. I have an interesting one for ya.

We have a VG248 that has been recently replaced connected to a 6509 switch. Both the switch and the VG are configured for 100/full duplex. The issue is - the port keeps bouncing between full and half. Any suggestions on a fix?
