Potential VSS issue

Hi all

We have been having various issues on our LAN and I was wondering if anyone has had any strange issues with routing / LAN issues when using VSS

We have some servers whereby anythign local that routes locally on our 6509's is ok, however anything that comes in from the WAN has a huge delay, transfer speed issues etc

Now, the only difference I can see and as a last resort is that the local traffic is routed locally by vlan interrouting which works fine, the WAN is done via OSPF or static, could the routing engine be doing something strange, process switching/CEF issues etc ?

Hi,

It may not be the VSS that is the issue.  It could be the device that is connected to Internet or there is something wrong with your circuit.

What is the design look like?
