I did - but still not help. also, 2 others switch 9200L series running to have the same issued.

- Try to have a go with CDP instead of LLDP , but don't configure both ,

I'm tried but still no luck. somehow i see in forum very common issued recently but only from 9000 Series not see C1000 Series list in that. for my case i have both C9200L and C1000 Series impact right now.

- Check the complete lldp setup procedure for the interface according to :
https://documentation.meraki.com/MR/Other_Topics/Low_Power_Mode_on_Cisco_Switches
If still not working also use and implement the last step mentioned in the document ;
>....
At this point, the switch and access point should be able to negotiate up to the required power level. If this is still not occurring, make sure the switch port is allowing up to 30W of power for the connected device:
1 |
Switch# configure terminal |
2 |
Switch(config)# interface interface_id |
3 |
Switch(config-if)# power inline max 30000 |
4 |
Switch(config-if)# end |
Note: On newer Cisco switches, substitute "power inline max 30000" for "power inline static max."
PS : ignore the red colors ,

- A few other items which you may check :
- check output from : show cdp neighbors details and look at the info's for where the AP is connected to
Is the issue related to a single AP or a particular ap-model ?

We have a single AP model U6-LR - around 12 APs which 7 APs has have issued.
I have done some test connect my APs that have issued to others Ruijie PoE switch (non cisco) it can power up and working fine. and Poll new switch C1000 connected to APs and I got the same issued as C9200L series.

- Added reply ; could you try and configure power inline port 2x-mode , on the particular port (interface) where the AP is connected to , (if the particular command is available on the C1000-48FP-4G-L)

Hi, we also tried that similar command power inline static max 30000. But the behavior on port previous message gone ( continued port status down and up) not working

- Bit confusing ; did you effectively try power inline port 2x-mode
too ?
