Hi, there are 3 7.5Kw power supply in my Nexus 7010.

and the redundant mode is REDUNDANT.

So what is the exactly power should I provide for this Nexus in my rack.

7.5 x 3 = 22.5 Kw ?

Thanks a lot!

That is correct. 22.5 is the max based on how many blades and sups you have in the chassis.  Each power supply comes with 2 outputs.  For load sharing, it is good idea if you can connect each output to a different PDU. You need c19/c20 power cords to connect the PSUs to the PDUs.

Hello,

I need to correct Reza here. With current mode of redundancy you will get 11,250W:

Redundant mode means

redundant

Input Source (GRID) + Power Supply Redundancy - The available power is the lesser of the available power for the power supply mode and input source voltage. The difference (50%) is reserved for backup.

As per table 5  in the link below 3 PS will give 11.250 in this mode:

Hi, thanks so much!

So, 3 PS will give me 11,250 W in this mode, which is the output.

How about the input, Should I prepare 7.5 x 3 = 22.5Kw for this Nexus ?
