Power Supplies in 6513 cat switch.

I have a Catalyst 6513 switch. It has 2 6000 watt power supplies installed. I am not sure why, but each one only shows up as being 3780 watts.

I was planning on running these in redundent mode. Right now they are running combined because I need a total of 4943 watts to run everything.

Does anyone have any ideas why these are only showing up is as 3780?

The show power output is below.

system power redundancy mode = combined

system power total = 6300.00 Watts (150.00 Amps @ 42V)

system power used = 4943.82 Watts (117.71 Amps @ 42V)

system power available = 1356.18 Watts (32.29 Amps @ 42V)

Jeremy,

The reason you are only getting half the power because you are using 110V inputs instead of 220V. These power supplies maximum ratings are rated with a 220V inputs. Please see the specs on your power supplies.

After re-reading the output.. It it strange because the P/S is rated at either 2900W or 6000W output. What voltage inputs are you using?
