Power supply failure

We have a stack of 4 WS-C3850-48U's running IOS ver. 16.6.5. all running dual power supplies. One of the members registered a power supply failure. It was hot swapped out with a new one however the switch is still showing a power supply failure error. Is there any reset or other options for remedying this short of replacing the switch?

Thanks in advance.

Could be an IOS bug.

Did you see the same error message before replacing it? if yes, it could be that the fist PSU was never bad. So, as Leo said, it could be an IOS bug. We had the same problem (don't remember the exact error message) with some 3850 stacked and the only way we got it fixed was by upgrading the IOS. Sometimes reloading the stack or just that switch can fix it temperately but as you know that is usually not a good solution.

Wait a second ... It says "Supply Failure".
That does NOT mean the Power Supply is faulty. That means the power INPUT FEED is faulty.
