Power supply status err-disabled

Hi All,

 

Can you please help me to understand  what is the meaning err-disable  in power supply status shown in the output below,

What IOS version are you running?

its the software version,

 

Catalyst 4500 L3 Switch Software (cat4500e-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 03.04.02.SG RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

PS2-1                                off          

This is the reason why.  There's no input.  

 

Power down this power supply, connect the second feed and power it back on.

Thanks for your reply, the power supply was an issue, raised RMA for it.
