The solution depends on what device/platform you want to configure this on, and the IOS version.

Post the output of 'show version' of the device...

want to configure on a switch. it's a cisco SG-200 smart switch. doesn't have any cli. is there a way to configure on them?
thank you,

Hello,

I think in the QoS Properties page of the switch, you can assign a DSCP value to each port. The DSCP values are mapped to one of the four queues. By default:

DSCP 14 --> maps to queue 1

DSCP 22 --> maps to queue 2

DSCP 38 --> maps to queue 3

DSCP 46 --> maps to queue 4

DSCP 14 and queue 1 are the lowest priority, DSCP 46 and queue 4 the highest. If you map your ports to these values, you should be able to achieve your traffic prioritization...

For your reference, please find attached the user guide:

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/csbss/sf20x_sg20x/administration_guide/Cisco_200Sx_v1_4_AG.pdf

but, how can i assign those ip range to this queues?

Hello,

I don't think you can. The SG200 has very limited options and is not a full IOS device.

For your reference, attached the CLI commands available:
