Problem about the VMPS

Dear sir :

I find a problem about vmps after I deployed in our corp last week

the interface status on a access swtich is below , please check

fl18-acc2.bj.corp#show int status | inc connected

Fa0/6 connected 108 a-full a-100 10/100BaseTX

Fa0/14 connected unassigned a-full a-100 10/100BaseTX

Fa0/15 connected unassigned a-full a-100 10/100BaseTX

Fa0/18 connected 800 a-full a-100 10/100BaseTX

Fa0/20 connected 800 a-full a-100 10/100BaseTX

Fa0/38 connected unassigned a-full a-100 10/100BaseTX

Fa0/39 connected unassigned a-full a-100 10/100BaseTX

Fa0/46 connected unassigned a-full a-100 10/100BaseTX

the vlan 800 is the fallback vlan , and vlan108 is the floor vlan

but other interfaces show me "unassigned" for long time , what's cause this problem ??

could you provide Show tech of VMPS server and show tech of the switch that cant reach the VMPS server.If the assigned VLAN is restricted to a group of ports, VMPS verifies the requesting port against this group. If the VLAN is allowed on the port, the VLAN name is returned to the client. If the VLAN is not allowed on the port and VMPS is not in secure mode, the host receives an "access denied" response. If VMPS is in secure mode, the port is shut down.
