The signal from a public network was coming to the cisco umbrella's wan port via an HP procurve 2610 switch. By mistake, the cable was unplugged from the HP switch. Plugging the cable back into the switch the signal on the cisco wan port no longer arrives. The wan door leds remain off. Is the problem on the switch that has the port blocked, or did the detachment of the cable cause the loss of the wan configuration on cisco? Before this "incident" the network worked fine.
