Problem in Pulling Crashinfo file from Cisco7609

A quite long my cisco 7609 router got rebooted by generating crashinfo file on both RP and SP. Please refer below

Show sup-bootflash:
-#- ED ----type---- --crc--- -seek-- nlen -length- ---------date/time--------- name

From the output it clears that both the crashinfo got corrupted and denoted with error flasg "E". So in this case I need to use

RP - > more /error bootflash:<filename>

Result : success

SP -> more /error sup-bootflash:<filename>

Result : Failed with error "%Error opening sup-bootflash:crashinfo_20150204-230239-IST (File not found)"

Can anyone suggest how to fetch the crashinfo file from SP ??

more bootflash:crashinfo_20150204-230239-IST

Hi Leo,

No that's fails, and says error opening crashinfo file. Moreover I am able to fetch the RP(bootflash) crashfile by using more /error bootflash:

but unable to fetch SP(sup-bootflash:) by using more /error sup-bootflash:crashfile.

Pls suggest
