Hello, i make a mistake and i erase the flash of the switch, so when i want to upload IOS from tftp server by com interface, my switch just display characters like show on the photo.

Try changing the baud rate speed on the console and test.

the problem is that I can not type anything, it just shows me characters as in the photo!!

Hi,

As Reza mentioned, change the baud rate speed on the software which you use, usually 9600.

If didn't work, you can give each of these a try:
1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200
