Good Morning,
I'm having an issue with our SG300-28P switch and I'd like some help deciphering the logs. Our Mitel IP phones have randomly reset multiple times over the last few weeks. However, the PCs which are connected to the phones seem to be ok, as they can access internal network resources and the internet. When I check the log, I see the following messages (and I've confirmed that the times listed in the log correlate to the reset times):
10-Nov-2014 20:18:33 :%NT_GREEN-W-EeeLldpMultiNeighbours: Multiple LLDP neighbours on port gi6 - EEE operational state is FALSE
10-Nov-2014 20:19:02 :%NT_GREEN-W-EeeLldpSingleNeighbour: Single LLDP neighbour on port gi6 - EEE operational state can be TRUE
Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you!
Kirk

Hello friend,
I have exactly the same problem, and I have the same switch.
Sometimes my phone run out of line, and sometimes all phones are restarted at the same time or at random.
In my view log I have the following message:

Glad to help! So the answer may be slightly different if you have Cisco phones (I do not), but I solved the issue by disabling auto-smartport and manually enabling the port settings. Not sure if it will make a difference, but my Voice VLAN state is auto-enabled. I've found that that works best with our phones. An example of my port settings is below. You probably know this, but the port cannot be an access port; it needs to be a trunk. VLAN 20 is my Voice VLAN. Also, you could have a Data VLAN for the PC. Our office is small, so our PCs are on the Native VLAN; that's why it's not listed in the trunk allowed command. Hope this serves you!
