I am not sure, where you are getting 2 mgmt interfaces from.  The 5k series comes with one mgmt0 and a console port.

Please find L1,L2, Mgmt0, Mgmt1 and Console ports in the Image.

The L1 and L2 ports only exist because of the same chassis for the UCS switches (6120?) which were used for interconnects. I think the mgmt1 was probably an idea which never got implemented.

From the Nexus 5000 installation guide:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/datacenter/nexus5000/hw/installation/guide/overview5500.html

Note

The L1/L2/Mgmt1 ports are not usable. They are disabled at this time.

Hi,

The purpose of this interface is to allow users to perform management tasks on the router; it is basically an interface that should not and often cannot forward network traffic but can otherwise access the router, often via Telnet and SSH, and perform most management tasks on the router. The interface is most useful before a router has begun routing, or in troubleshooting scenarios when the interfaces are inactive.
