qos Between Switches specialy on trunk interfaces

SQL-1-------SW1------------SW2----------SQL-2

i have the above Topology,sw1 connected to sw2 via 802.1 Trunk , SQL1 connected to SQL2 ,these 2 SQL has a private vlan for DB synchronization,i need to configure some Kind of qos between sw1 and sw2 ,how

are you intended to apply QoS just for Database Sync process to take priority over other flows? or do you have anything else in mind?
