QOS configuration

Good evening all,

                            I am experiencing packet drops error in my network when any VC runs. I want to configure QOS in my cisco switches like as catalyst 2960 S, 2960X, 9300, 9500, etc. Help me to configure qos in mentioned devices. Thanks in advance.
