Hello,

Looking at about bold output just want to know what this interface is dropping packets even though bandwidth is availabe (17000bps of drops and curent rate is around 42meg out of allowed 42% (around 60meg).

Basically this interface is facing toward customer and this output is for one of the class for which customer has complaint. Just want o know the reasons of drops even if utilization is less than allowed.

From the stats, you seem to be getting WRED drops, both random and tail drops.  If your traffic is bursty, you can have drops during the bursts.

it's normal to see some level of drops expecically when you have applications that create bursty traffic and take in tou consideration you're are buffering.
