QoS : Need buffer information of single port when burst occurs

Hi 

I'm using Tomahawk board (edge core AS7712-32x  switch), which has the total buffer of 16MB and it has 4 pipes each will get 4MB buffer.

Need to find out the buffer information of single port when burst occurs, I'm new to QoS can anyone tell me how to test this?
