When i took my CCIP a long time back it was included then, as of now ccnp service provider is the equivalent professional accreditation  so i am guess it will be covered there?

I always remember this  from it:

How has the Assured forwarding numbers below been calculated into DSCP values find a simple way?

Af31  = dscp 26
AF42 = dscp 36
AF13 = dscp 14

AF21 = dscp 18

And the way I found very easy and simple to use and remember :was -:

1st number multiply by 8

2nd number multiply by 2
