QoS to prioritize traffic based on time of day

Is there any way business critical traffic be prioritized at specific times of the day using QoS?

Any links / documents discussing this will be great help.

Not a very common practice, but you can still use time based ACLs to do the traffic classification. Technically it should work. Here is an example of this, use it as a reference point and design according to your needs:
