hi ,
im a beginner in isp and have alot of users that connect internet by ADSL .
i have a question :
assume my router wich has bgp enabled R1
and R2 is the isp internet .
R1------------------------------------R2
i have 100 M internet traffic avaialabe for me on the link above .
ive tried somehting and got a strange result .
i connected my pc to router R1 and used all the 100M only to my pc . "" i mean only me was accessing the 100 link "
i treid to download from microsoft site of a big file .
when i tried to download it without internet download mamager , i think that my speed was only 1 Mega download !!!!!!!!!!!!!! although i have 100 M availabe
when i downloaded the file by download manager , the speed was about 100 M download .
my question is , does this test has an issue for internet quality ????? about browsing ?????
should i contact my isp and ask them about this issue to correct it ??
plz any advice ?

What browser are you using to download the big file? IE?
