question about radius attribute that change the current speed of user?

hi ,

i want to ask about the radius attribute name or type that satisfy " reducing or increasing the current speed of the users  simultanuesly "

i mean that assume user a has speed x ,

assume i want to send attribute from radius to router to tell router to increase | decrease the speed x , without closeing the current session of user .

hi ,

its the speed of the virtual access interface that the user own .

i mean that each user has virtual interface on the router and this virtual interface has its own speed permissions "upload,download"
