I am trying to ping from one pc to another pc but I keep getting "Destination Host Unreachable." I've been trying to find the issue but no success.

Hello,
what are the requirements ? You have no routing (static or dynamic) configured on the routers. The easiest way to get you started is to configure the below on all three routers:
router eigrp 1
network 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255
no auto-summary

This means that the host that you are trying to ping is down or is not operating on the network.
