Hi,
I have a 6509 running CatOS v8.2 (I know it's old and am hopefully upgading in Jan ) and I want to limit one of the 100Mbps ports to rate limit input to 60Mbps.
What's the best way to do this, and what is the command(s).
Thanks for any help.

Thanks....do you know if there's a similar doc for CatOS??
Or, does anyone know the best command for me to use?

Thanks Jon....
I think the policer config I need is :-
set qos policer aggregate WSUS_SERVER rate 51200 burst 61440 drop
However, It's not clear from the document how I apply this to the port??
Any advice greatfully received..

You need to use the policer together with an acl, here is an example -
