Hi 

There is newer software available, you could try upgrade switch firmware to fix the problem

I we have version 3.1.0.57 but we still have this issue on one of our switch in a stack of 2 CBS350-24XS. Any clue?

I have the same issue, along with more similar errors.  I have tried 3.3.0.16 and 3.2.0.89 firmware and same result.  Mine seems to happen at random times but I think it more consistently happens when I plug in my Cisco copper SFP's (SFP-10G-T-X).  Most of the time I plug in one of these SFP's my switches start repeating these errors and when looking at the diagnostic page, the port information shows as unavailable and the web portal ends up freezing, and the switch reboots itself.
